today is friday the 13th, thus pie day friday. this is my 6th pie day friday celebration. (the picture is from the 4th.) this pie day marks a great expansion of the movement. i am off to austin to join heather's celebration. she's makin the pie and doing the hosting. jason and deb sent a nice message saying they were planning to eat some pie today as well, celebrating on the east coast. so, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, i hope you find an excellent slice of pie today.
